Ingredients (makes approx 20 balls)
1 lb ground turkey
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 a cup italian bread crumbs
salt to taste
Method
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and make turkey balls. Preheat the over to 375 degrees F and bake the balls in the oven for 20 minutes. The center of the ball should be no longer pink. Its a good idea to cover the dish with an aluminium foil when its in the oven which helps in keeping the balls moist.

Kale blend
Ingredients (per serving)
10 ounces Kale
1 Red pepper diced
1 cup of Edamame
Few baby carrots sliced
One teaspoon of crushed garlic
Sea salt or regular salt to taste
Method
Put spray olive oil in a cooking pan. Put crushed ginger first and let it saute for few seconds and then add red pepper, carrot and edamame seeds. Let it cook for a minute or so and then put chopped Kale in the end.
